Pleasure Four Prop on Tracker Tahoe 195 Deckboat

Replaced an aluminum 3 blade Mercury 15x23p prop with 14.5x19 Pleasure Four prop, and max RPM with fully loaded boat and 8 passengers was 4200rpm and 29mph. I was expecting closer to 4800rpm and 35mph.
