I needed a hard-to-find-in-stock 7/16" u-bolt. Hill had one in stock. The rep from Hill's went in the back while I was still on the phone and physically grabbed it and packaged it to go out same day - it was end of day and he wanted to get it out. Two thumbs up for having the part in stock and for going the extra mile in service.
